Oben Group informs that the General Superintendence of CADE (Administrative Council for Economic Defense) has approved without restrictions the acquisition of 100% of Vitopel do Brasil Ltda. by OBEN Group.

Following the decision published on June 13, 2025, the parties await the expiration of the legal period of 15 (fifteen) days for the judgment to become final, in accordance with applicable legislation, to conclude the transaction.

Oben Group confirms the maintenance of its regular operations, without any changes for its clients, suppliers, and employees, aiming for the benefit of all, as planned in the transaction.
